Apparently someone went to this two stores and opened accounts wit fake documents under my name, i became aware of this debt after a debt collector contacted me, well i told her i dnt know of any accounts and she told me i must go to the store and follow up there, fortunately i found the person who made the sale but got no help the department is hopeless thy dnt responds to emails thy dnt answer calls nothing constructive has happened ever since i lodged a complaint, while my name is already listed at itc i can't buy anything on credit because two stores failed to detect docs only interested in a sale.
