I was phoned by Tanja and we I gave her all my details she contacted me back and told me that I have to pay a ones of fee of R2500 and that all my debt is written of by the court. I still have the emails she sent. Then I was contacted by Siyaya and was told that they going to deduct R3600 out of my account when I asked why and that Tanja told me I only have to pay R2500 where does the R3600 come from. I was then told that Tanja was dismissed as to that is what she does to just get the sale. But that's not my problem now I sit with the . cant pay my rent have to make other plans to do so. don't know how they work out your repayment as it is espoused to be making your life easier. I don't care to pay my debt but don't to get the sale and leave your customer worst of as they where. please everyone never use Siyaya to do your debt review or any sort of counselling. I hope you are happy with what your doing to they people your should help.
