Nobody can give me an answe

I have two Absa accounts under debt review. I have made 7 phone calls today to find out if my accounts have been restructured. I get told to phone one department after the next. I get given information that my accounts have been restructured and then I get told they have not been restructured. The reason I have been trying to clarify the issue is as result of sms's and emails I receive telling me my account is in arrears. I have been on debt review for more than a year. I have forwarded the court order to ABSA. They cannot tell me if my accounts have been restructured and cannot send me proof. I have not even completed my sentence or I get told "hold on", only to be put through to the next person who cannot help me. So now I am going to sit back and when my payments have all been made, Absa will still be under the impression I owe them money.
