A couple of weeks ago I bought 2 x OLA MAGNUM ICE CREAMS @ ATHLONE SUPERETTE formerly 711, and they were beyond bad, frozen ice and all inside.
I called the UNILEVER CALL CENTRE with the details and the complaint and was told a voucher would be dispatched to me immediately and a rep would be sent to shop.
True to word i got the voucher and it was for 4 x MAGNUMS and would like to commend their efficiency and customer care
