Regarding the OMO Competition obviously your rewards company does not care about your reputation. and "for their urgent attention" means something completely different to them than what I understand it to mean.
Quite frankly it seems that Unilever is not taking these complaints seriously at all or else you would not just rely on your rewards company to ensure your customers complaints are being taken seriously.
