I ordered a book for my Unisa studies early December. First they confirm that it will be delivered on 30 Dec, then I get a mail to say there's a delay, it will only be delivered on 3 January. Then on 6 January I have to follow up after nothing was received. The incompetent consultant then tells me the book was damaged in the warehouse and I will have to wait for them to reorder, or place another order online if I want to save time.
So I did reorder. The system then showed it will be delivered by 20 Jan. On 20 Jan I still had NOTHING, and once again had to follow up with their unprofessional call centre staff. I got a mail from Orion apologising for the delay and saying they expect it by 23 Jan! But now, I just received another mail saying delivery is ONCE AGAIN delayed and I will only receive it on 4 Feb now!!??? What is going on? I URGENTLY need this book to start my studies, but each time have to listen to the false stories and. I can honestly urge the public to rather make use of competitors like Book Express who at least take service delivery seriously! I wish I did!!!
