On the 28 th of November I bought a toshiba external hard drive. The hardrive exponentially drops it's speed to 5 kilobyte and eventually never receives data. In my approach to the guy responsible I was told the hardrive will be sent for inspection but now Mpho doesn't want t call back or answer my calls. When I approached him he told me phones are not working but by Monday which was yesterday I will get a reply I have not yet received it and my calls and call backs I live from the lady answering the phone he doesn't call. So that means I have to stop everything and wait for an answer that never comes?
