I sent the first request on 25/10/2013 to sent someone to look at my oven.
It is still under warranty...
The thermostat is broken and the rubber to seal the oven snapped!
They sent someone out who had hardly any equipment and no extra parts with him... he told me ok he'll order the parts, it should take about 2 weeks.
Yes no one even sent me an email, message or anything to explain what's going on! not a single word was heard from them. Even after i sent repeated e-mails asking what is taking so long.
On Monday my husband phoned them to find out how we could resolve this... they told him "we will get hold of your wife later today" on Wednesday he phoned again... then they phoned... to tell me... The oven cannot be fixed!!! they said The matter will now be handed to Metro Home centre (where I bought the oven).. and that hey will give me a store credit.
Sure!
I am so disappointed not only in the product but mostly in the service we have been receiving!
