I went into the shop wanting to sell my furniture as i was buying new stuff. They took my name and address on a piece of paper and promised to come. when they didnt come i called the office and was given the cell number of the guy who was supposed to come to me when i called him he answered and asked me where i got his number from and then cut me off. He called from the office a few minutes later saying he came and was lost which was a because i had someone wait for him at the gate the whole day. i then offered to fetch him the next morning so he could follow me. i went to the shop and was told to wait there was no bakkie, when i asked what was wrong with the bakkie that was parked outside i was told there has to be a car in the parking lot all the time. i found this ridicolous. i waited for an 1 hour even though the wait was supposed to be 15 minutes. i told them i had to leave and they promised to call me as soon as the bakkie was back that never happened. i then contacted the Randburg branch and they asked me to email the pictures of the furniture which i did and never head from them. All this happened second week of December. I am disappointed with the bad service
