I am a regular shopper at Pick 'n Pay, and have shopped in many different stores, in some I get good service, in others mediocre and in others bad service. However, I must say that at Pick 'n Pay in Chris Hani Mall, I only receive good, or exceptional service. Some of the staff members really do go the extra mile to give customer satisfaction. Even on the busiest of days, when there is a long queue, customers are dealt with efficiently and courteously. Even at the end of a long day, staff will greet with a smile and ask "How are you today". Of all the Pick 'n Pay's around Gauteng, I have to say that Chris Hani Mall is the best store I have been too, and I think the store manager should be informed as to what a good job his staff are doing.
