Management is to be blamed

It's for the 3rd time I have been to Jabulani Mall Chicken Licken daylight and I stand in a long que only to find out that hot wings are out of stock. They never even bother to have a notification sign and when you get to the front, they don't even seem apolegetic about it or even provide you with constructive feedback. Like come back within an hour or something. All you hear is next please!!!

The staff is too comfortable, the ladies at the front desk have bad attitude when you pick up your order most of the time. Sometimes they will just ignore you and have conversations during work time and only attend to you when they feel like it. The management is too soft, and does not draw the line between work and play time.

Why is it that franchises in the townships always have bad customer service? Is it because you don't find us worth your money? We're humans too and derseve friendly and proffesional staff to serve us with dignity!
