My Woolworths store card was closed more than 5 years ago, Despise this they had been deducting R14, for a card protection fees. They also branded me as a slow payer with ITC. After this was brought to their notice, the last fees was removed from the account. They also promised to send me a letter to this effect. Promises was made to have my name revoked from ITC. Countless call where made & request to speak to the manager on duty proved fruitless. The Manager name at the call centre was Unathi, who has no respect for any person.
