Flies and uncleaned insides found in chicken pieci

The way I'm so disgusted I can't find words to explain. I found 2 dead flies in a 5kg pick n pay brand pieces and to make things worse I found a greenish thing in a sack in a liver, it smelt ugly and had to throw the whole pack away. What happend to a grade food
