Why does Management pass the buck? Edgars ERM blames Legit East Rand Mall & vice versa. Its been 10 weeks since i spoke to the branch manager Shamus Purcell in Edgars East Rand Mall. I was assured that the Financial Services Plans and Family Provider Plans and Hospital plans was put on my account in Oct 2012. To date i have spent numerous hours speaking to higher management of the Customer Care Department (Philimon Matsimela). The Transactions were reversed on the 6 Dec 2013 only to be put back on the 7 Dec 2013. On the 5th Jan 2014 went to Edgars ERM and spoke to Sydney Mashego. i than visited Legit East Rand Mall (Winnie) who assured me that it was sorted out. A simple sorry does not work any more. A simple request to Audit my account seems to be alot to ask for considering that my account is freely available to your employees. The Gauteng Regional Manager called me to apologise 3 weeks ago but has not fulfilled his promise to give me feedback. This matter will go to the consumer Protection Authority as i have been very patient. a full Audit of every Edgars acc will be requested. DONT THREATEN ME WITH BLACKLISTING... i will meet you in court
