I took my cell phone for repairs. I call MTN to check if phone ready. I'm told it was fixed on the 15/01/14 and sent to Edgars Clear Water confirmation by Eleanor Thomas from MTN repair centre. Nobody is bothering to sms as promised to let me know that my phone is ready for collection.
