Faulty products, no invoices

This supplier has been ignoring my emails and phone calls. They have supplied me with faulty products and has not supplied me with an invoice.
I have purchased products from them more that 2 months ago
I feel very disappointed as i wanted to do more business with these guys as they have more products that i am interested in.
Be wary of Xtremeware Retaliate, Mark and Tania, They will sell you faulty products, refuse you an invoice and ignore you completely if you inquire about this.
