I recently purchased a cat flea collar from Pick 'n Pay Greenstone mall. As these products are quite expensive I decided to go for a good quality collar only to discover that the product was faulty. Last night I took the collar out of packaging and the buckle used to keep the collar in place just fell off! This is completely unacceptable as we paid R50 for this product and live very far from the mall so we are unable to return it. I am very upset as this was the first product we bought from the Lopis Basics brand and it has put me off from purchasing any more products from that brand again.
