I purchased a creepy from Pool wise last year and ever since they installed the products it has not worked. we logged a call for them to come out and see to the creepy. This did not help and the creepy still did not work. After numerous complaints telephonically and via email they agreed to take it back for a full refund. When my employee arrived at their premises to return the product they then notified her that they are charging us for the call out to check the faulty creepy and would not do a refund until this invoice was paid. Now surely they do not expect me to pay for a call out for thier faulty products and if not they will not refund me. this is poor service period.
