I visited the store on Saturday, 18th January. Whilst I was in the store I realised that my Samsung S4 was not in my handbag. I asked the person at the paying station if someone did not hand the phone in. He said no, asked for my number and started calling the number. This individual, whose name I cannot recall unfortunately, as well as another lady continuously called my number and informed me that same is ringing. The lady also assisted me by looking for my phone in the store. We couldnt find same. They continued calling even after I gave up and left the store. Eventually, due to their attempts, people found the phone and handed same in at the paying station where these staff members were calling from. The lady went into the mall looking for me to tell me that they found the phone. This on the way to block my phone. This is service on a level which you do not find often in this country. Thank you very much to these individuals. The management of Alberton City branch are very fortunate to have such efficient and helpful staff. They really didnt have to help me to that extent but they did. I hope you can locate these individuals. Such client service is worth rewarding. THANK YOU!
