Return of lost cell phone

I accidentally left my cell phone at the pay point and left the store not realising no phone in hand, it took me 2 hours to realise phone lots and back track where i could have left it. I tried calling my phone several times it rang and rang going to my voice mail. I figured I still have a chance of finding my phone as It was still ringing and sim has not been removed when I got back and woolies they were close. I banged on the door in desperation and a security guard came up. the security guard confirmed my phone was found and was handed in by Kori, the friendly cashier who assisted me earlier. The phone was secured in their safe but could only be collected the following day as the store manager already left. He confirmed that they tried to track to owner by looking for a ICE number same not found, I can only commend them for their Integrity and Honesty. I believe any other retail store would not acted in the same faith. This is not a Woolies I visit often but from this type of service it has made me a loyal customer for life. Thank you to the wonderful people of Woolworths Randpark Ridge Mall.
