Incompetent staff

Good Day
It is with repugnance that I write this letter as I believe that in this day and age companies should be very careful when hiring incompetent staff
On Saturday 05/10/2013 at 15h00 I visited the Telkom/Heita Direct store at Clearwater's Mall in the Westrand Johannesburg. Very keen on taking out a contract I needed to obtain expert advice and information on the contracts as well as the devices.
A gentleman by the name of Temba assisted me after we waited whilst he attended with the couple just before us, (there seemed to have been only 1 sale person in the store). When he got to us, we started asking him a few questions, however in this time he seemed extremely preoccupied and was not giving us his full attention but we persisted enquiring and he in turn answered very briskly and succinctly. What really got my blood boiling was while we were talking to him he made his way to his work station where he picked up his cell phone and started texting and viewing his phone while we were still talking to him, and definitely more interested in his phone than us. That was when I said to my girlfriend that we are leaving immediately and left the store. So what is it Telkom???
