Failure with basic functions

I recently applied for a Clicks Credit Card online. I completed all the necessary documents, and sent them through to Clicks. Yesterday I received a call (which I unfortunately missed), followed by an sms asking me to contact Clicks with salary slip. Due to the fact that I am SELF-EMPLOYED, I have ALREADY sent clicks 6 MONTHS worth of my bank statements, to prove my income. I have a good credit history, yet this application has STILL been delayed. I tried to call Clicks yesterday, without any joy. I dialled 087 575 9400 (number sent in the sms) and was told I could not enquire about my application at the NEW APPLICATION department. I was then put through to 0861 254 257, then to 011 632 2210, then to 011 369 2914. Each time I was told I was not in the correct department. I was then put through to 0861 254 257 AGAIN, who further put me through to 011 632 2210 AGAIN. After making a full circle I realise that my only hope of contacting Clicks is through Hellopeter!! Disappointing Call Centre!!
