I ordered my daughters stationary on the 3rd Dec and by the 7th Jan there is still no delivery. I have called numerous times and yesterday was told that delivery would be today (7 Jan) as they were short on a few items hence the delay. When i called this morning i was told sorry it will only be delivered by the end of the week or maybe next week. School goes back tomorrow so i have had to cancel my order and take my business else where. I understand that there are sometime stock issues but then call the client and ask if it can be removed off the order. Online shopping is supposed to be conventient but i am totally shocked by the level of service and lack of communication.
