Prior to the end of the 2012 schooling year Parklands Private College recommended Waltons to supply the pupils stationary for 2013. Orders were placed and payment made before the end of the 2012 schooling year.
Schools start tomorrow, the 16th January 2013, and no stationary has been received from Waltons. Several phone calls and complaints have been made to both Waltons and Parklands Private College to no avail.
I think this is very poor service by one of the biggest and most reputable stationary suppliers in South Africa. Maybe the company is in trouble financing the purchasing and delivery of the goods already paid for??
This matter will be taken further should a result not be resolved during this week. 16th to 18th January 2013.
