Express Line Disaste

Good day,

My complaint is with the Centurion Mall Woolworths Food department, specifically with the recently incorporated express till line. There is appropriate signage with clear instruction "10 items or Less".

This past Sunday, one teller was in operation of the express line which is understandable. My problem arises when shoppers ignore the simple rule of the express line and go in with items in excess of 20. This negates the purpose of the concept of "Express".

Further, the express till teller showed no form of discipline in controlling the matter.By allowing customers to abuse the Express Line the problem with other customers with 1 to 2 items still having to wait in an unnecessary queue. I found this situation even more unfortunate not just for my wife but for a fellow shopper, who is an employee at another store in the mall. He was on his lunch break and had a short time to purchase his meal, consisting of pie & cool drink the teller allowed two customers with excessive amount of items to pass through delaying not just my wife, but this individual as well.

Please have management address this issue, so that the express line is handled correctly for the correct shoppe
