I applied for an account and I was told that I was unsuccessful because of a default on my credit report.
I since then obtained a copy of my credit report and to my surprise discovered that Edgards linked someone else's details to my credit report. I have tried to sort out this confusion as I am in the process of applying for a loan for a property we wish to purchase. This situation could have serious implication on this transaction.
Edgards took 1 day to link the incorrect data to my credit report and now I am told that it could take 10 days to correct their mistake. This is not acceptable!
