No response from TFG after Account of R13k

I am shocked at TFG.

Last week to a very shocking surprise it became apparent that someone had cloned my Foschini Group Card and gone on an almost R13k spree.

Their response if for me to FAX (Yes you heard right) my Dispute form and documentation to the Forensic department. BOTH fax numbers are off and have given me No Answer each and every time.
No email address can be given to me.

The Digital Marketing lady assures me a Gail will phone me any minute... and its been 3 days...

I have had enough.
