I was out of the country on holiday from 14 Dec 2013 to 6 Jan 2014. I returned to work today and went through my e-mail inbox. To my shock and surprise I received notification from Transunion that Miway has looked at my credit report on 27 Dec 2013, while I was on vacation! Why did Miway look at my credit report in my absence because I neither requested nor received any quotation from them and I am also not their client? I never authorised anyone from Miway to look at my credit report. MIWAY DID THE SAME THING TO ME IN JUNE 2013, I COMPLAINED, THEY REMOVED THE QUERY AND NOW THEY HAVE DONE IT AGAIN!!! PLEASE REMOVE THAT ENQUIRY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY OR YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY LAWYER VERY SOONEST. Miway is taking advantage of unsuspecting people and you thought I will never find out. Well, sorry you messed with the wrong one this time. I am not a fool and I will be applying for a home loan very soon and know that enquiries like these affect a person's credit standing. Please sort this mess out a s a p Miway and PERMANENTLY REMOVE MY NAME AND NUMBER FROM YOUR MARKETING LISTS! AFTER THIS HARASSMENT I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!
