I refer to the response on my previous query on hellopeter:

It is now days later and nobody has contacted me. I do not accept your apology as an apology is not helping me in getting my name cleared as I have been blacklisted because of hifi corporation's disregard for credit procedures. They allowed a acc to be opened in my name (because they did not follow correct procedures) and have done nothing (even though I have supplied everything needed 5 months ago) to conclude the investigation or notify the credit bureaus. I have also not been helped whatsoever by anybody in Jd Group's dept. You are putting my life on hold!!

I demand a written response explaining everything and a timeline by which everything will be concluded, also I demand a direct contact number to the person dealing with the case as well as the name of that person.

I do not want an apology I want my good name back!
