I have been trying to get hold of Lerato Kolisang on 011 879 9036 to no avail. I have also tried to call in through the call centre as well as send mails to [Email Removed] with the only response being: Good day Brandon

i have responded to these mails requesting that someone call me as this has been ongoing for the past several weeks since my car was paid for by the insurance on the 04/06/2013 already. I contact the call centre and they can't help me because Lerato is dealing with the case?
Now I would just like to know if Lerato has been dealing with this case for the past going on two months, why have I not been contacted?
I am the client that is being inconvenienced by the fact that I have no vehicle and I cannot get another one until this case is resolved.
I will be getting legal advice to see if I can claim for loss caused by MFC not contacting me the client!
I have been on hold while typing this complaint, just to add more info!
