Regarding my last complaint a week back, I received a call from Glenn of Macsteel, he was very helpful, polite and professional and explained the reason for them not accepting proof of payments, he also apologized that the employee did not explain this to me when I was on the phone with him.
Glenn also offered us an option to prevent the problem we had from occurring again. And made sure the paper work went directly to him in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
It is good that he shows an interest in his customers satisfaction and is ready to offer a good service as well as an interest in improving the way employees interact with customers.
