Bad service

I bought Smoked oysters and at the till the pricing was incorrect. On the shelf it was R11.99 and at the till it was R13.99. The cashier rang her bell for the manager/supervisor. But he did not show up. Eventually the cashier asked one of the packers to check the price. They don't inform you what is going on, as they speak in their own language. The packer was clearly not happy, because it she walked any slower she would have walked backwards. The person who came to rectify the price was not happy as her lunch break was interrupted. Tumi was nowhere to be found. This is the second time that the staff at this Checkers is so unfriendly and not helpful at all. I feel that Checkers wants to punish me, if the price is incorrect and I complain, then I have to stand and wait, as if is my fault
