I went to your Bayside store to buy a table & chairs for my toddler boy (as advertised in your back to school brochure)
When I got there there were 2 on the floor that was badly damaged and the prices of the items were incorrect.
I spoke to the salesperson and after waiting for more than 20 min a gentlemen came forward who introduced himself as the Regional Manager. He said I don't have to wait there they will find out where I can get the item and also send a email out to all branches to say the prices are incorrect at the stores.
They called me back to say N1 city has stock. I drove all the way from Table View to N1 city to collect the table with 4 chairs.
When I got there Sandile assisted me. While he is still busy with me he switched over to new clients inquiring about delivery fees est. I am standing here time is ticking and nobody is assisting.
The manger came forward what shocking attitude... the prices again is incorrect and because I don't have a brochure they cannot honor it!
I am beyond upset! I wasted my time and my petrol...
Your service is so shocking and so pathetic!
