I recently moved into the area and went to Game at Clearwater mall to buy Garden furniture. I stood there for 45 minutes without assistance. An employee walked past and I queried the prcie of garden furniture, she confirmed that it was R999 for the TABLE AND CHAIRS and rudely walked away. There was no indication of prices on the chairs, the pricing on the table stipulated R999. My boyfriend called the store manager as we required assistance. The branch manager, Maurice was very unpleasant. He said "XXX will assist you but he does not work in this department". When I queried the price of the furniture, he said that it was R999 for the table and R299 per chair. Why are the items not prcied? When I explained that an employee told me that it was R999 for everything, Maurice asked me if I would ask a cleaner for prices! I am disgusted with the service. I explained that the employee should take accountability and should have advised me that she was not sure instead of providing incorrect information and should have gotten someone to help me. Such pathetic service from a branch manager? Where is their customer centricity! Game Clearwater needs to up their game soon.
