We went to Cresta on Saturday to buy a garden furniture set that was on special. The person for that area has such a bad attitude and showed his lack of interest with several queries and tried to dismiss us as fast as he could to the point where he . cresta has chairs but he said nobody has the matching table, we drove all the way to Bellair mall and they had lots of matching tables. The rep didn't even offer to call and find out, he said nobody has stock and walked off. Our experience at Bellair mall was the complete opposite, the representative there on his own accord went out of his way to help, even to the extend of getting the table to the car. Unfortunately they didn't have chairs which meant going back to Cresta to deal with the grumpy, rude guy again! he gave us chairs that were damaged and his bad attitude again! we made 3 trips and have half a set with chairs that are missing the rubber under the legs. I would appreciate it if a manager would get in touch to get this sorted out. I'm quiet irate at the service and the mission we went through to get broken items.
