I bought a Pressure Cooker on line in early December for a Christmas gift. It arrived on the 13th December but it had a broken handle and the inside Styrofoam packaging was broken. The return for Damaged Goods was completed on the 13th December 2013 but after numerous calls to their call center, emails to their support on line, I have yet to receive a refund.
Today I received a call to say they would would refund this to my Kalahari account but not my credit card. This is in breach of the Consumer Protection Act which entitles me to choose either a replacement or a refund into my credit card account.
With this kind of service, why would I want to order anything more from Kalahari. They do not uphold the basic rights of the consumer.
