I am now completely disgusted in the quality of goods from Spar Mount Edgecombe.
This is the 3rd incident that I have received spoilt goods from this Store.
2 cakes were purchased during the course of 2013-Both of which were spoilt.
This was reported to the Store Manager. His response "My apologize-You can have a refund"!
There was no assurance that this would not be repeated and certainly no care about customer's consuming spoilt goods.
Today-18/01/2014
A purchase of 2 packages of lamingtons were made, and again!!! These goods are spoilt!!
This is not the level of quality I would expect from such a huge brand.
Level of standards are poor!! Not to mention the HEALTH HAZZARD in consuming products like this!!
I would hope that this brings about is huge cause for concern!!!
At this point in time. Spar Mount Edgecombe is definitely NOT GOOD FOR YOU!!
