I have never had a cold sore or anything on my lip. I love labello an always used the blue hydro labello. 2 weeks ago I saw the red "fruity shine" Labello an bought that. To my horror the very next day I am a sore on my lip an its not a cold sore it looks like the Labello ate into my lip.
I am discussed an annoyed. This is illegal for a brand to do this. This product should have been properly tested.
I purchased this from Shoprite Checkers in Mount Edgecombe, I do not have the receipt as I did not know I would have this problem
I would like a reply from Labello. I have lost faith in this product an will advise others not to purchase it
