I made a purchase @ kwik spar - Mt edgecombe on the 02/01/2014, & used my debit card to pay for purchase. The cashier didn't advise me that they were experiencing problems wit the card machine, so it was showing as not successful... I thereafter paid by cash... Only 2 realize when I got home that the card payment did go through. I went back to the store & spoke to the manageress 2 days later... She advised me that the amount would be refunded into my account in 2 days, which was not done. I went back to her a week later & she advised me she wil look into it & call me the next day... Its been another week since then & no callback or refund. Is this how a reputable company like spar treats their customers?? The manageress (I don't remember her name clearly. Was something like NEELA) was not helpful @ all. Pathetic customer service.
