I pride myself in eating good quality and delicious foods and for this reason I am terribly disappointed with Woolworths. On the 19/01/2014 at the Gateway store I purchased four triple chocolate sundae's (110 g). When I got home, I immediately refrigerated whatever items that requires cold storage. The following day, I take these deserts to share with my colleagues at work and to our disgust they were spoilt. The cream had an offish odour with a sour smell. I have never been more humiliated. I tried to call the customer care line and waited on the line for about 20 minutes but to no availability. I am really disgusted about this. Unfortunately I do not have my till slip and I cannot take the products back to the store for a refund as I called the store and enquired. The sell by date and use by date is the 23 and 24 of Jan respectively.
