I bought a TV which come with some DVD, sound system and a front loader washing machine at BEARS ARCADIA branch on 10 January 2013, I took the TV and the sound system on my own, I was told that the washing machine was going to be delivered within a week together with the DVDs as they were out of stock, for almost two weeks I never heard from BEARS as a company until when I called in to be told that their suppliers were still on holiday, I had to call their head office to get the washing machine delivered, It looks like I have to call their head office again to get the DVDs, Jane promised to get back to me with some feedback before the end of last week after receiving a call from me which she never did.
I think the money I have spend driving to this branch and on telephone would have bought me 3 times the DVDs they're failing to give me - WHAT A POOR SERVICE FROM A big BRAND LIKE BEARS
