I have an account at the above named store, they are underwritten by African Bank and every now and then I'd receive sms's updating me of my balance. SO I calle din October, beginning, becasue I wanted to pay off my account by December 2013, so i called them to make arrangements that the installment increase so that by 31st December they debit my account for the last time. The calculation was done and I was told what the final figure was and I agreed, for the 3 months they debited my account with the agreed amount so now a few days ago I received an sms form them again saying my installment for end Jan is... and I phoned today to make enquiries, apart from being transferred to various departments I get no response, so I phone Furniture City and they tell me the person who gave me the info misled me and that I should've called them in the first place, my account has accumulated interest, above the interest I have already paid for the last 3 months. So no one can explain to me what's the real reason and why other members of staff at African Bank don't know the policies, this is such an inconvenience and I will never ever buy anything from there again. Bad service
