Incompetence at its best

I bought furniture through Furniture City, African bank handles their accounts and debits.

My agreement with African Bank is for them to debit my account on the 26th of every month. In December they sms'd me asking if they could debit me on the 12, if i wanted the debit to come of as usual to respond NO to the sms. I did so, then on the 12th December it was taken off my account! I reversed it as this dug into my over draft and instructed African bank to take it off as usual on the 26th, they did not do so, they called me in January tell me that my account was in areas, when i on them, they apologised and said that they would split payment over 2 months, I met them halfway and agreed, they called me as a courtesy call to thank me for my payment at the end of January and to confirm my details and payment methods, then they called me today 21st Feb, to tell my that i am in areas, when i question them on my previous conversations with them or the amount that i owed they gave me 2 different amounts, then told me that i must paydouble my usual payment! I told them to figure out a solution and get someone competent to call me back! INCOMPETENCE! Service is pathetic!
