I contacted the branch yesterday to discuss printers. I spoke to Sipho who advised that they had the multifunction printer that I was looking - HP 4625.I advised him that I was only willing to pay R1200 & he said that wouldn't be a problem & he would run it by his manager today, Friday, 17/012014 as he would give the final say. He said he would contact me this morning. I had to phone him! Sipho confirmed that he had run it by his manager & that he had given the go ahead. I advised that I would be there after lunch as I was in meetings this morning. I got to the store & the first thing he said to me was that he forgot to phone me. I said why would you need to phone me? He said because he cannot find the cables & software that go with this printer & the display one is scratched. I said why are you trying to sell me a damaged one in the first place? His response was that this is the printer he is willing to sell me. I was absolutely furious and demanded that he then give me the lower end model without the wifi which is the HP 4615 at a discounted rate seen as I travelled 30mins to get there & have not got what I went there for. He came back with R100 discount. I will never support them again!!
