For the past 20 years I buy must of my everyday shopping at spar but for more then a year the service has gone when there is something on special I can not get it I contact Gavin the area manager numeric times one specific insolent is spar 2litres juice that was on special no stock in store Gavin arrange with the owner that I will get juice until today nothing on 12l01l2014 I send my son to buy prepaid electricity after waiting for about 10 minutes I get out to see what's happening my son is waiting in a Que because there is only 1 person that can work the machine so our turn arrive to just hear that we must wait see needs to get change for a other till today 17l01l2014 at 19.40 my husband go to buy electricity just to be told the put the machine of at 19.30 so you must come before that time so I phone Gavin the area manager and he confirm that at a other spar that he work in on weekend sell pre paid electricity until 8.00 when they close so why is my money good enough to pay full price for milk, bread and other things but when special arrive there is always out of stock I said to Gavin I am going to contact the news papers he's words was do what you think is right
