Bad service

I work for a charity and had to replace my ink cartridge of our printer. When I got to Game Tygervalley, I saw that there was a promotion on printer. I specifically asked the sales man if the printer comes with cartridges and he confirmed this. I explained that I had to replace our printer but was awaiting trustee approval. He agreed that it was cheaper to buy a printer than cartridges (for which I had approval).

I went ahead and purchased the printer. I printed approximately 25 pages the next day, then got a message the printer was out of ink! I phoned Game and a sales man then informed me that the printers only come with half full cartridges! Printer specifications says it can print 180 pages - so with 1/2 cartridge it should have printed 90 pages!

I was referred to the manager, Mr Ismael, who told me that same story. He was very unhelpful and said he would speak to the sales man and come back to me. Put the phone down in my ear without greeting properly. It is now 5 days later and no response.

Game staff not only mislead me by not disclosing the correct info, but has left me in a predicament with my board of trustees as I have now overspent on my budget.
