I gave my bike which i bought from this specific branch in on tuesday for the free three month service that it was due for. We mentioned that we have a race that saturday. On friday morning when my husband phone to ask if he can come and pick the bike up because we did not hear anything back from them... they told him yes the bike would be ready between 4-5. When he got there, they did not even touch the bike yet???!!! they also did not let us know that they will not be able to assist us that week... this is the second week in January! It is not even peak season yet... how are there service going to be in peak season? Also i received excellent service when i bought the bike there and i referred one of my friend there as well, who also bought her bike there... i am strongly advise my other friends to even go near there!!! unacceptable service!! they just worry about the sale and do not care about the service after that!!!
