Basically I experienced the same as others have reported on this site.
1. Ordered goods online which took 9 days to arrive instead of the advertised 2-5 and no correspondence was received advising of a delay.
2. When the goods arrived I realised that it was only part of what I was expecting (my fault), emailed them asking what the delivery time would be on the additional item and got no reply.
3. Phoned them three times and went through to the answering machine but they never called back.
4. Decided it prudent to return the goods so emailed to confirm the return address and got no reply.
So now I'm going to take the goods back to my local store as per the sale agreement on their website.
A pretty poor show and not recommended.
