We ordered and paid for equipment from Maiden Electronics. We were told it would be delivered on the Monday and so I arranged my day around awaiting delivery. We paid for the delivery from Jhb to CT (R500) It was not delivered on the Monday so I again had to waste an entire day waiting for delivery only to receive the wrong goods. We then had to return goods at our expense. When we requested a refund we were not refunded the full amount of the goods let alone the delivery costs. I am not impressed with this company and the attitude of Candice was just horrible. I would not recommend them and that was the first and last time I will use them.

This complaint is simply not true. We sent the UPS that your husband ordered - he just ordered the wrong one. You expected us to pay for courier fees to return the wrong one and send the right one when it was your error not ours. I proved to you that he ordered the wrong one and you still felt we should foot the bill? Ridiculous and very unfair to put up a complaint like this when it based on lies! In addition may I point out that you were emailing us for quotes last year during the load shedding ;)
