Ordered an item on the 30/12/2013 as a guest on Our Area's website. Once I had ordered and paid for the item I figured I best register which I did.
A week later I still had no response to my order or payment. No acknowledgement of receipt or tracking number or anything. In fact a week later there was still no link between my account and my order!
An email on their contact facility online yielded absolutely no response whatsoever.
3 days later I tried a phone call. This resulted in a promise of a call back that never came.
Another call resulted in another promise and this one finally did come back.
End result is I still do not have my item as of 17/01/2014 and this is just not acceptable.
These people are rubbish at customer care and even worse at basic logistics.
Order #100000474 will most definitely be my last!
